Edgar Lopez, President and founder of IMA Inc., is a 39 year veteran specializing in commercial investment real estate which includes brokerage, investment analysis, and management. Graduated from Harvard University Graduate School of Design in the Advanced Management Development Program, Edgar earned Harvard Alumnus status with full faculty privileges.

 

He holds the professional certifications of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), and Equity Marketing Specialist (EMS).  Edgar is a member of the National Council of Exchangors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Licensed as a New Mexico Real Estate Broker, Edgar has been featured in numerous publications including Real Estate Investor Magazine.  He was awarded the Realtors Land Institute “Court of Marketing Excellence” where he was an international marketing instructor.

Edgar has earned numerous national awards such as the most-creative exchange award and the largest volume of 1031 tax deferred exchanges in a twelve month period. He has acted as a consultant for commercial investment real estate both nationally and internationally.
