Christopher Lopez

Chris Lopez, Senior Asset Manager, is a principal partner in IMA Asset Managers, LLC. He brings over 18 years of national and international business experience. He was first trained by multinational and multibillion dollar corporation Kyocera. He was responsible for over $100 Million annual business development budget. In 2004 he utilized his training and entered the commercial real estate industry. He has been instrumental in creating and implementing a systematic approach used to evaluate properties, future tenants and market trends, thereby maximizing property revenues by securing credit tenants and insuring efficient lease renewals. In 2010 he earned the nationally Association of Realtors designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).

Chris brings over one million square feet of leasing, and management experience for commercial grade investment real estate. His experience includes being a Project Manager for facilities operations management at the world’s first purpose built commercial spaceport, Spaceport America. In 1997 he earned his Bachelors of Business Administration focused on Logistics and Marketing from New Mexico State University. During his collegiate days he played basketball for the Aggies and now enjoys spending time with his wife of 19 years and two daughters.
