Fred Mobley
Fred Mobley, Asset Manager and Finance Director has been a part of our team for 4 years. He is responsible for evaluating the ongoing performance of each property in the portfolio and conducts viability and restructure analysis for new properties before bringing them into the portfolio. He also manages the accounting department.
As a 24 year veteran of the banking and financial services industry, he brings a vast array of experience and knowledge to the team. Fred started his banking career with the Farm Credit System. After 10 years of service he left to join Bank of the Rio Grande, N.A., where he was the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending. During his tenure he extended and managed numerous residential real estate development projects, commercial building developments projects as well as million-dollar C&I loans. Fred is a dual graduate of New Mexico State University and holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in operations management. He is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
Fred has been very active in our local community. He has served on the Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance Board of Directors, NMSU Alumni Board of Directors and the Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors where he was the Chair of the Board in 2005. He also served the New Mexico Governor as Commissioner on the Military Base Planning Commission. Fred enjoys spending his free time on the family cattle ranch. He has been married to his wife for 24 years and has a son and daughter.
